Some companies will now offer Equipment Breakdown on Homeowners policies. This will cover you for any kind of mechanical breakdown. Coverage would apply to your Central air conditioning, heating, washers, tv's,etc. Claims are still subject to your polciy deductible and there is an additional premium for this coverage.
